The splash screen of the app notes that "Netflix Games on TV are in beta," and some devices might not be supported at present. Netflix has been actively expanding its game offerings for mobile devices, having recently launched titles like Laya’s Horizon, World of Goo Remastered, and Oxenfree II: Lost Signals.
