The app's description suggests that it will allow users to engage in Netflix games on their television screens, and it states that the feature is "coming soon" to Netflix. The app prompts users to select a game on their TV and follow the connection instructions, although this functionality is currently inactive. The splash screen of the app notes that "Netflix Games on TV are in beta," and some devices might not be supported at present. Netflix has been actively expanding its game offerings for mobile devices, having recently launched titles like Laya’s Horizon, World of Goo Remastered, and Oxenfree II: Lost Signals. This move appears to align with Netflix's goal of making its games available on various devices, including TVs. Leanne Loombe, Netflix's VP of external games, revealed the company's interest in expanding games to all Netflix devices.
